Rather than slowing down, he decided to use his experience to help businesses grow while creating opportunities for experienced sales professionals who still had plenty to offer.

Recognising that many talented older salespeople were being overlooked despite decades of knowledge and proven results, Paul created Pay As You Go Sales Reps to give them a platform to continue contributing, earning, and sharing their expertise. The business combines seasoned sales experience with modern marketing and AI-powered tools, helping SMEs, manufacturers, and growing companies access professional sales support without the cost of employing a full-time sales team.

Partners find and develop their own clients, set their own prices and retain the remaining profit after our agreed fulfilment fee. We can work alongside them and handle much of the service delivery, allowing each partner to concentrate on winning business and building strong client relationships.

To maintain the quality of our training and personal support, we select a maximum of two new partners worldwide each month.
